| We are a small, but serious hobby breeder that believes in producing quality Goldens that will make wonderful pets to loving families. We ONLY raise Golden Retrievers, and therefore have become very knowledgeable about this one breed. Our dogs are part of our family, living both indoors and outdoors. We are a family-oriented breeder and produce puppies that are well socialized and loved in order to provide a wonderful pet to your family. We currently only breed a few litters per year, so puppies go fast and we always have a waiting list. Patrick is a senior pastor of a church in Bryant, AR. Christy is full-time home-maker that devotes her time taking care of their children and training and raising their Golden Retrievers. Our Goldens are trained and shown in Obedience. We believe that Goldens are the best breed because they are eager to learn, very intelligent, and love to please, however, they don't magically become the well-behaved Goldens we see on TV. They need to be trained. They excel in Obedience and long to please their owners. That is why we provide a training video for all of our new puppy owners and we assist them in finding a training class. We want to encourage all new owners to enroll your puppy in Obedience classes so they can learn to behave and please you and be a well behaved Golden. After much trial and error and lots of research, we have decided to feed all of our dogs the B.A.R.F. diet. We have been extremely pleased with the results and the improved health of all of our dogs and puppies. While we do not require our future puppy owners stick to the BARF diet, we encourage our owners to at least research it and at very minimum to feed a corn and gluten free dog food. More information will be given at the time of our puppy orientation about nutrition. We also require that our puppies live at least part time indoors. Goldens that are left outside all of the time become frustrated, anxious, lonely, and destructive. Many try to escape and become lost or worse! Goldens LOVE to be with their people, and that is why we encourage you to train your new puppy to learn to behave indoors. Our Goldens play outside, but they also take turns spending time with our family in our home. They are loved very much by our entire family! We live minutes from Little Rock, AR, but can also meet in McKinney, TX (near Dallas), as we have family that lives there. While we LOVE Golden Retrievers, our primary goal on this earth is to tell people all over the world about the good news of Jesus Christ. That is why we dedicate a portion of the money we earn to mission trips to Cuba, Jamaica, and more. May God be honored in all we do!!! |
